Before starting the sales process, enter detailed information about all your stores in your personal area assigned to your business on the YumaPOS Back Office Portal. 

TIP To access your personal area, open your secure web link and enter your personal login and password. <add some words about where to find this information>

Mandatory Registration Information

To add mandatory information on your store

1. Open you personal area.
2. In the left navigation pane, expand the Settings node, and then click Stores.
3. Click Add, and then complete the Add Store form: 
   
   

   NOTE Some of your store information (such as address or business hours) is visible for customers that use their Mobile applications. Ensure that this information is correct.

   The Add Store form contains basic information on your store. Pay a particular attention to the group of the following toggle buttons and specify appropriate seetings:
   
   
   • Active: Specifies whether you can manage the store with Back Office Management console (Default value: On)
   • Delivery 24/7: Specifies whether this store delivers items to customers (Default value: Off)
   • Enable Mobile Tips: Specifies whether your customers can order items using their Mobile apps (Default value: On). 
4. Click Save.

Additional Registration Information

Optionally, under the Settings node you may add some additional information on your stores.

Taxes

Specify taxes, which are applicable to your items in your country or region.

To specify a tax

1. In the left navigation pane, expand the Settings node, and then click Taxes.
2. Click Add, and then specify the tax name and value (in %).
3. Click Save.

Floor Plans

You can optionally specify floor plans of your stores.

To add a floor plan

1. In the left navigation pane, expand the Settings node, and then click Floor Plans.
2. Click Add.
3. In the Floorplan Info pane, do the following and click Save:
   • Specify the plan name in the Name text box.
   • Select your store from the Store list.
   • Compose your plan using the Upload Background, Add Round Table, and Add Square Table buttons.

     NOTE Optionally, you can assign numbers to tables. POS Terminal and Mobile applications can operate only with numbered tables.

   

Delivery Zones

Complete this information for stores with the Delivery service type. These zones define where the orders can be delivered. If a customer entered a delivery address out of zones, the order cannot be confirmed.

NOTE For each store, you can define several delivery zones.

To add a delivery zone

1. In the left navigation pane, expand the Settings node, and then click Delivery Zones.
2. Specify the zone name in the Name text box.
3. Select the Draw Zones option.
4. On the Google map, specify a polygon that limits your delivery zone.
   TIP Left-click map in the polygon vertices. 
   
5. When finished, click Save.

The Add Store form allows you to configure only basic settings of your store. To manage your store with YumaPOS solution, configure the advanced settings. For more information, see Configuring Back Office.
